Trisha Brinkman and Barry Chersky of Brinkman & Chersky Consulting (BCC) have more than 20 years experience in providing training and consultation on issues related to sexual harassment, workplace discrimination and harassment. They have provided services to over 200 organizations nationally, in Canada and in Mexico.
Ms. Brinkman and Mr. Chersky have conducted individual coaching, mediations, investigations and have served as expert witnesses and consultants on more than sixty court cases involving workplace and educational discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
Ms. Brinkman and Mr. Chersky have also authored employee, management, train-the-trainer, investigator, student and faculty guidebooks and comprehensive training manuals and have developed organization-specific needs assessment and employee satisfaction instruments.
Trisha Brinkman and Barry Chersky hold several degrees in higher education as well as other credentials including certifications in Mediation, Coaching Skills, Emotional Intelligence, and Cultural Competency.

They co-designed and co-authored the Changing Boundaries: Recognizing, Preventing and Resolving Sexual Harassment training programs and videotapes.
