For more than 20 years, Brinkman & Chersky Consulting (BCC) has partnered with organizations, both large and small, to create and maintain respectful work and learning environments. We specialize in issues involving sexual harassment, workplace discrimination, and gender bias. We have provided services to over 200 organizations--from non-profits, to educational institutions, to multinational corporations--in a broad variety of industries ranging from biotechnology to manufacturing.
Using an interactive process of sharing information and perceptions about the issues, we have helped institutional leaders, business owners, Human Resource professionals, management personnel and employees find avenues for building respect and understanding.
