Our Training Methodology
All of Brinkman & Chersky Consulting's programs are interactive and can be tailored to a wide range of workplace and educational organizations.
Methodology includes:
- Mini-lectures
- Small and large group discussions
- Written exercises
- Case scenarios
- Visual aids
Each training participant receives written materials including training handouts, reference information and relevant organizational policies and documents. BCC can customize printed materials to include the organization's name, policies and other client-specific information.
The length of each program is generally two hours to three and one-half hours and is determined in the pre-program consultation.
