Professional Training Programs

Our Training Philosophy

The factors that might lead to allegations of discrimination or harassment are complex. Our programs focus on understanding the array of perspectives that are based on cultural differences, hierarchy, life experiences and economic conditions. We find it important to become familiar with your work culture, language, norms and values and incorporate these into the design and content of the program.

We work closely with the appropriate organization representatives in all phases, including:

Based on clients' feedback and Brinkman & Chersky Consulting's experience, live and interactive training programs conducted by experienced trainers are more effective than other forms of training such as video and electronically based programs. By involving the audience in the training, participants experience a sense of ownership of the learning concepts. Brinkman & Chersky Consulting's programs are:

The team approach maximizes the effectiveness of the programs and provides a comfortable forum for questions and discussion. The team also demonstrates a variety of workplace scenarios ranging from confronting inappropriate behavior to initially receiving a complaint.

While we address legal issues, we do not use the threat of legal liability as the primary means of raising awareness.

"Finally! Workplace Harassment training that my staff does not dread!

Understanding the many complex issues surrounding workplace harassment is critical, but until I found Brinkman & Chersky, it was very difficult to get staff interested in learning about it. Trainings were boring and dry, and staff sought any and every reason to avoid them.

Brinkman & Chersky came into our offices like a breath of fresh air. The trainings they presented were informative, interactive and fun. Even my most skeptical critic of past trainings enjoyed it, and said so.

I attended all of the trainings that BCC provided to our organization, and was delighted with the level of involvement and buy-in of staff, both management and front-line.

Like most human resources professionals, I consider training to be our organization´s best weapon in preventing workplace harassment. And thanks to the training skills of Brinkman & Chersky, I have more confidence than ever that our staff are prepared to cope successfully with this very thorny issue."
