Changing Boundaries: Recognizing & Resolving Sexual Harassment

This training is our most frequently requested program. Continually updated, this program serves as an introductory training or a refresher. Key elements include terms and examples of sexual harassment, a legal overview, guidelines for evaluating behavior, as well as roles and responsibilities for resolving issues. Programs are tailored for specific audiences depending on their function within the organization.

Sexual Harassment: Trends & Developments

This training is designed as a follow-up to the above introductory program. This program reminds participants of the organization´s commitment to keeping people informed of their rights and responsibilities. We then further explore current federal and state law developments, recent court case decisions and their practical implications. Participants also problem solve relevant case scenarios. Preventing Workplace Discrimination and Harassment (Updated)

This training is designed to address all forms of workplace discrimination and harassment. In the post 911 era, many employers and the enforcement agencies have reported an increase in the number of race, national origin and religion harassment /discrimination/retaliation complaints.
